长春365bet汽车配件生产有限公司改制成立的股份制公司，注册资本500万元，固定资产原值6300万元。长春365bet精密机械制造股份有限公司坐落于吉林省长春市高新技术产业开发区，占地面积23000平方米，一期投资厂房、办公室、宿舍、食堂等11000平方米，是以生产汽车零部件为主的精密机械制造企业。公司距离一汽厂区12公里，距离一汽——大众厂区10公里。
原公司成立于2003年5月，主要为长铃集团配套生产AX-100摩托车变速换档总成。为了适应经济发展的需要，企业于2005年转产汽车零部件。主要与美国、德国、韩国几家合资公司及一汽下属企业合作。 通过几年来的生产实践，使公司的制造理念、管理模式、工艺制造水平、产品质量、服务意识，以及生产研发能力都发生了深刻的变化，逐步适应了汽车零部件生产的需要。产品质量不断提高，市场占有率逐年扩大，经济效益持续上升。投资由公司初创时期的60万元，增加到今天的6000多万元，是建厂初期的100倍，为我国汽车工业的发展做出了应有的贡献。
公司现有各类机械加工设备和各种精密检测仪器一百多台，其中有全功能数控车床、高效率的立卧式加工中心和大行程立卧式加工中心，以及数字变频珩磨机等精加工设备。同时还有德国蔡司三座标测量仪、卓乐高精度对刀仪、日本三丰轮廊仪、表面粗糙度仪、大型高精度测量平台等测量设备，为精密机械制造提供了可靠的技术保证。目前，汽车零部件年生产能力20万件，能够及时、有效地为客户提供优质、稳定的产品。

Jilin Saydy Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock company restructured by Changchun Saydy Auto Parts Production Co., Ltd., whose registered capital is RMB 5 million and original value of fixed assets is RMB 63 million. Located in High and New-tech Development Zone, Changchun City, Jilin Province, Jilin Saydy Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. covers an area of 23,000 square meters, investing in factories, offices, dormitories, and dining halls, 11,000 square meters in all, which is a precision machinery manufacturer mainly producing auto parts. The company is 12km to FAW factory and 10km to FAW – Volkswagen factory.
Established in May, 2003, the original company mainly manufactures AX-100 motorcycle transmission shift assembly of Changling Group. In order to meet the need of economic development, the enterprise switched to manufacture auto parts in 2005, mainly cooperating with several joint-venture companies in the USA, Germany, and Korea, and subordinated companies of FAW.
Through production practices for many years, the company has changed profoundly in manufacturing philosophy, management mode, process manufacturing level, product quality, service awareness, and production and R&D ability. Therefore, its product quality has improved constantly, market share has enlarged year by year, and economic benefits have improved continuously. Its investment has increased from RMB 600,000 in initial stage to more than RMB 60 million today, 100 times to the initial, making due contributions to development of Chinese auto industry.
The company has more than 100 machining facilities and precision detection instruments, including full-featured digital controlled lathes, efficient horizontal-vertical machining centers, large-stroke horizontal-vertical machining centers, and digital frequency conversion honing machines. In addition, such measuring facilities as Zeiss three-coordinate measuring machine, JOYO high-precision tool setting gauge, Mitutoyo profile testing instrument, surface rough meter, and large-scale high-precision measuring platform, to provide reliable technical assurance for precision machinery manufacturing. At present, its annual output in auto parts is 200,000, so that it can provide high-quality and stable products for customers timely and effectively.
